Skytrail exhibit opens at S.C. Military Museum

The Skytrails exhibit showing aviation artifacts and memorabilia opened Saturday, January 21 at the South Carolina Military Museum, 1 National Guard Road. The exhibit will be on display for six months allowing visitors to see the history of South Carolina airports. One of the items on display is a logbook from Jim Hamilton (top) showing the log signature of aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart, who visited the Columbia Airport on an Autogyro promotional tour November 16, 1931.
