PUBLIC NOTICE Be it known to all who claim or call themselves government, courts, agents, and all other parties, that I, DORIS BERNICE JOHNSON FOSTER, A/K/A DORIS J. FOSTER, who are called a live birth with a date listed by birth certificate listed as registration date later as saying my mother did not claim the minor estates as to become a public property, inheritance by the later date by a local hospital or government agency at birth. This is to put on record my status by interpretation that my mother did not know that she were to reclaim me, as minor estate. My mother did not mean for me to be public property or public birth but a private birth, not to be awarded to another person or agency or government by a birth certificate without her consent or full knowledge on the matter. This birth certificate only had a date, place, and time information only. This puts on record my status as a private birth to guide banks etc., the way I want to get access to my credit status. This authenticate my status so I can stop any one from creating and claiming by a document. I take over the duties as sole beneficiary of the coach trustee. This document is in full faith credits as one with the age of maturity to make my own decisions. I am alive with the ability of as a private person of maturity. DORIS J. GREENE, Mary Martha Greene, Petitioner vs. Unknown Heirs of George Felix Greene, Respondents. i. Petitioner: Mary Martha Greene, by her attorney, Erin A. Cook, Esq., PO Box 5915, Columbia, SC 29250. ii. The Decedent, George Felix Greene, died March 15, 2007, as a resident of Richland County, residing at 1827 Carter Street, Columbia, SC 29204. iii. The Decedent died intestate unmarried and with no known children. He was survived by his mother, Jean Elizabeth Greene, who died testate on December 14, 2009. iv. The above constitutes the Decedent’s sole heirs at law, no other Personal Representative has been appointed, no other action for appointment is known to be pending and/or filed, and the Decedent’s estate must be administered. The Decedent owned probate real estate. v. The Decedent has no Will and died more than 10 years ago, therefore this Petition is required for the conveyance of the real property to his heir. vi.
