Young Bengals grow up to provide special season in Blythewood

“The feeling amongst the team is sky high right now,” Seidel said. “We knew we were young last year and had a lot coming back this year. You don’t know where that’s going to go. A team has to gel, and we’ve been fortunate to survive injuries. Anytime we’ve had a guy go down with an injury, we’ve had another guy be able to step in because of our depth, which is huge in high school. To be region champs, undefeated in the region and at home, is a big one. Playing in the second round is awesome. Playing Byrnes, which historically is a powerhouse, is pretty fun.”
