S.C. Representative Seth Rose presents a House Resolution to Karen Galloway, president of Woman’s Club of Columbia, celebrating the club’s 100th anniversary. The resolution expressed the South Carolina House of Representatives’ appreciation of the club’s service to the community since 1924. The presentation was held May 27 at the Palmetto Club.
