Columbia’s Joe Lovier
Two Richland One athletics directors have been named 2025 Region III Athletics Directors of the Year for their respective classifications by the South Carolina High School League (SCHSL).
Columbia High School Athletics Director Joe Lovier received the award for Class AA.
“This award is a true reflection on the leadership we have at the school level and our dedicated coaching staff who work tirelessly for our student athletes. Without their support, this would not be possible,” said Lovier.
A.C. Flora High School Athletics Director Michelle Yeater received the award for Class AAAA.
“I am very honored to be voted the Region III Class AAAA Athletics Director of the Year by my peers. This award demonstrates my commitment to equipping the A.C. Flora coaching staff with the best tools they need to succeed and providing them with the support they require both on and off the field,” said Yeater.
