Richland One students, parents and community members are invited to meet two new principals before the 2025-2026 school year begins August 11.
Shameka Stephney is the new principal at Arden Elementary School, where she served as an assistant principal for six years.
•Meet-and-Greet: Wednesday, July 30 at 5:30 p.m. in Arden’s cafeteria (1300 Ashley Street). Dr. Timothy Blackwell is the new principal at Meadowfield Elementary School. He previously served as principal at Arden Elementary School for seven years. •Meet-and-Greet: Thursday, July 31 at 5:30 p.m. in Meadowfield’s cafeteria, 525 Galway Lane.
