Richland Library Main celebrated a milestone this Valentine’s Day—its 30-year anniversary on Assembly Street!
People can share their favorite memories of their experience at Richland Library Main on social media for all to see using #LoveYourLibrary and #AccessFreely.
As COVID-19 restrictions eased, the library has welcomed residents back by continuing to provide access in new and creative ways.
Here are some memorable highlights at Richland Library Main since the start of the new year:
•Compared to January 2022, in-person attendance increased by 1,500-plus percent
•On January 24 the library officially reopened the café welcoming Rambo’s Fat Cat Biscuits.
•Team Access, Resources, and Tools (A.R.T.) was awarded $20,000-plus in pilot funding and project support for the idea that best addressed the challenge of housing insecurity and collaboration between service providers during the Do Good Columbia event.
