NAI Avant has been named the exclusive office leasing team for ± 85,000 square feet of Class A office space within the Bull Street Development’s First Base Building, which is situated on the first base line of the new baseball field. The building will be constructed simultaneously with the new, world-class Spirit Communications Park and will offer unparalleled views of the baseball park. The park, which will be open year round, is the new city- owned, multi-use entertainment venue of Columbia’s new professional minor league baseball team.

NAI Avant senior brokers, Roger Winn, Paul Hartley, SIOR, and Cam Kreps, with assistance from NAI Avant broker Paul Paschal, will be responsible for leasing the one of a kind opportunity in Columbia’s newest Class A office building in the new 180 acre Bull Street mixed-use development.

Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, and Sam Myers represented the landlord in the lease of a 263,374 square foot industrial building located at 375 Metropolitan Drive in in West Columbia.

CB&I, the new tenant, will be using the building for support services for its nuclear construction division at the V. C. Summer Nuclear plant in Jenkinsville, S.C. Reger Holdings purchased the property in December 2014.

Reger Holdings, with the help of its brokerage team at Colliers International, has leased approximately 2.3 million square feet of industrial space to 28 different companies that employ more than 800 workers.

NAI Avant senior broker, Macon Lovelace, and NAI Avant broker, Peyton Bryant, recently represented the landlord of 16 Berryhill Road in the lease of ±4,962 square feet of office space to New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
