Colliers South Carolina has secured a new tenant for Crossroads Commons Shopping Center, bringing Brick Box Toys to the prominent Devine Street corridor. Colliers’ brokers, Rox Pollard Jr. and Danny Bonds represented the landlord, and Rox Pollard III represented the tenant. Brick Box Toys is slated to open its doors in January 2026 at Crossroads Commons.
