Ashburn, VA-based DSP Real Estate Capital has announced the successful acquisition of a portfolio of multifamily properties in Columbia consisting of 434- units across three well-maintained and strategically located properties, includes The Farrington, Fountains of Edenwood, and Three Rivers. The acquisition of the portfolio was facilitated by John Phoenix, Richard Gore, and Tyler Fish of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the seller in the transaction.

Colliers South Carolina’s Rox Pollard and John Gressette represented the landlord, Lands Inn Inc., in the 2,400-square-foot lease to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry at 9007 Two Notch Road, bringing the building to full occupancy.

Colliers South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented the landlord in the lease of a ±3,300-square-foot building at 536 Meeting Street in West Columbia to Connor Walpole of TEMPLE fitness center.
