Colliers South Carolina pre-leased two buildings at 803 Industrial Park in West Columbia as Magnus Development Partners pushes on with construction after breaking ground on the park in Q4 2022. The park, a partnership between Magnus and Columbia Metropolitan Airport, will consist of over one million square feet of speculative industrial space across four buildings.
