Jeff Hein, SIOR sold a 46,000 SF industrial building located at 103 Vantage Point in Cayce.
Patrick Palmer, CCIM and Bobby Balboni leased a 1,805 SF retail space in Columbia Northeast Shopping Center located at 9221 Two Notch Road to Lulu’s Homemade Ice Cream.
John Gregory, CCIM and Will DuPree leased a 3,188 SF medical office space at 2001 Assembly Street.
Ben Kelly, CCIM and Patrick Chambers leased 0.8 acres of land at 456 Killian Road in NE Columbia.
Ben Kelly, CCIM, Pat r ick Chamber s, and Jack Springs leased 2,390 SF of office space to a local real estate firm. The office will be located at 3202 Millwood Avenue.
