Jeff Hein, SIOR and Will DuPree leased multiple spaces in the Landmark Office Park, 10,057 SF and 7,826 SF of medical office space to Prisma and 1,613 SF to First Defence II.
John Gregory, CCIM and Bill Lamar sold 1130 Broad River Road, a 9,024 SF industrial property.
Patrick Palmer , CCIM and Bobby Balboni leased 1,200 SF of retail space located at 7380 Two Notch Road and renewed GameStop’s lease in the Village at Sandhill.
Colliers South Carolina’s Rox Pollard and John Gressette represented Barrio Tacos + Tequila + Whiskey in the lease of ±2,837 square feet of restaurant space at 105 West Main Street in Lexington; and represented Marbro Realty, Inc. in the purchase of a retail property located at 3900 North Main Street.
