NAI Columbia’s Peyton Bryant and Ryan Causey represented the tenant, Janet, Janet & Suggs, in the lease of 3,400 square feet of office space located at 801 Gervais Street from Congaree Vista Associates, LLC.

NAI Columbia’s John Gregory, PE; Jeff Hein, SIOR; and Alex Johnson represented the seller in the $1.1 Million sale of a 20,000 square foot industrial building located at 206 Business Park Boulevard in Columbia.

NAI Columbia’s Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken, and Nelson Weston represented the seller, Arthur State Bank, in the $ 900,000 sale of 141.50 acres of land in Blythewood to a local investor.

NAI Columbia’s Ben Kelly, CCIM; Patrick Chambers; and Jack Springs represented the seller, William R Dunton, in the $120,500 sale of 1.5 acres of land located on Poplar Road in Batesburg to Michael & Stephanie Cornelius.

NAI Columbia’s John Gregory, PE, represented the buyer, Soda City Holdings LLC, in the purchase of 1217 Sunset Drive for $315,000. The seller was represented by ROI’s Sherri Burris and George Meetze.

Colliers International South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented the landlord in the lease of a ±2,400-square-foot office suite at The Clark Building, 130 State Street, in West Columbia to RE/MAX Southern Collection agents Terence and Emily P. Smith.
