It features beautifully landscaped grounds, completed extensive renovations to the common areas. Strategically located near the intersection of Interstate 20 and I-26, it provides convenient access to the Columbia Central Business District (CBD), Columbia Metropolitan Airport, and numerous residential areas. The park boasts excellent visibility from the area.

Trinity Partners has added 3900 North Main Street in Columbia to its property management and listing portfolio. Trinity’s office and retail specialists, Paul Hartley, SIOR and William Mills will spearhead the property’s leasing and sale efforts. Located in the city’s North Main Design District in the opportunity zone overlay at the signalized intersection of North Main Street and Monticello Road, the 40,000 square foot building was previously the area’s neighborhood Bi-Lo.
