Colliers International South Carolina’s Allen Wi lkerson represented the landlord, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, and Craig Waites represented the tenant, United Community Bank, in leasing office space at 1901 Main Street in downtown Columbia.

NAI Columbia has won the leasing assignment of the Class-A Office Building located at 1501 Main Street. This prime location within Columbia’s Central Business District (CBD) offers tenants high quality services and amenities including, but not limited to: on-site security, maintenance and management, and 24-hour fitness center and on-site banking. 1501 Main Street is an approximately 154,600 square foot office building.

Trinity Partners recently facilitated the land sale of 1.6 acres at 5506 Platt Springs Road in Lexington. Partners Nick Stomski, SIOR and Roger Winn, SIOR of Trinity Partners represented the purchaser, AllSouth Federal Credit Union, in the transaction.

The Paschal Group of Marcus & Millichap ( NYSE: MMI) has announced the successful closing of 1122 Lady Street. Adam Baker and Paul Paschal represented the buyer, Chicago-based Novel Coworking, in the off-market acquisition of the 12-story, 159,000-square-foot office property at the corner of Main Street and Lady Street.
