RFP FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT Bids are being solicited by Richland County First Steps for a financial consultant with expertise in federal grant reporting. Consultant will be responsible for developing and monitoring Early Head Start financial reports for local, state and federal use. Must assure adherence to fiscal policy and to maintaining adequate internal controls. Must be familiar with Head Start Performance Standards and generally accepted accounting procedures .
