Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiffs have applied to the Court for appointment of a suitable person as Guardian ad Litem, for all unknown defendants who may be minors, infants or persons under legal disability or persons in the military service of the United States of America, said Defendants being identified as a class herein and designated as Richard Roe, and said appointment shall become final unless such Defendants, or anyone in their behalf, within thirty (30) days of the service of this Notice, shall procure to be appointed a Guardian ad Litem for them.
