LIS PENDENS Pursuant to S. C. Code Ann. §§ 15-11-10 to -50, Plaintiffs hereby give notice that Plaintiffs have commenced an action in this Court against the above-named defendants to quiet title to the following described real property: All that piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the City of Columbia, County of Richland, and State of South Carolina, being Apartment No. 9 in Stratford Park Horizontal Property Regime. The Stratford Park Horizontal Property Regime is a Horizontal Property Regime established by the Grantor pursuant to the South Carolina Horizontal Property Act Section 27-31-10 et. seq., of the South Carolina Code of Laws of 1976, as amended, and submitted by Master Deed, dated August 20, 1985, and recorded November 1, 1985, in Deed Book D766 at Page 83, in the Office of the Register of Mesne Conveyance for Richland County. The real estate upon which the said apartments are situate is more fully described on a Plot Plan prepared for Stratford Park, a South Carolina Horizontal Property Regime by Cox and Dinkins, Inc. dated October 30, 1985, said Plot Plan being recorded in the office of the Register of Mesne Conveyance for Richland County in Plat Book 50 at Page 5889; the apartments are more fully described and shown on a Floor Plan certified by Robert J. Probst, Architect. Subject, nevertheless, to all of the provisions of the said Master Deed, Exhibits, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations and to all other reservations, easements and conditions of record. This property conveyed hereby is a part of the property heretofore conveyed to B&J Properties, a General Partnership, by deed of Madelee Development Company, a General Partnership, dated January 25, 1985, and recorded January 31, 1985, in Deed Book D727 at Page 464 in the RMC Office for Richland County; and being the same property conveyed to Lavine H. 2. Kelley Y. Woody, Esq. is empowered and directed to appear on behalf of and to represent the Estates and the Unknown and Doe Defendants, unless any one of them, or someone on behalf of any one of them, shall, within thirty (30) days after service of a copy hereof as directed, procure the appointment of a Guardian Ad Litem.

3.
