Principal for the Day at Saluda River Academy

Chloe Sturkie, a five–year–old kindergarten student from Saluda River Academy for the Arts, earned the privilege of being Principal for the Day on May 10 at Saluda River Academy for the Arts. She raised the most money for the PTO’s fundraiser, “Bobcat Bonanza,” held recently. Her duties included making morning announcements, counting out lollipops for other children participating in Bobcat Bonanaza, walking around greeting classrooms with the principal, Tonya Fryer, and talking on the walkie–talkie to dismiss the school buses.
