The Lower Richland Ruritan Club awarded a $1,000 scholarship to 2023 Dreher High School graduate, Warren Grandmason, at its August 1 dinner meeting. Grandmason’s high school activities included cross country (serving as team captain his senior year) and the chamber orchestra.
