NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that John S. Cornelius and Mary E. Newman intends to apply to the South Carolina Department of Revenue for a license/permit that will allow the sale and ON premises consumption of Beer, Wine and Liquor at 301 Rice Creekway Unit 6 & 7, Columbia, SC 29229.
