Colliers South Carolina has announced new hires in its real estate management services (REMS) and accounting departments, including Jackie Chapman as property manager of Synergy Business Park, Brandi Martino as property manager responsible for overseeing the financial and physical operations of several office properties in Columbia, Joanna Switzer as property administrator supporting the property managers in REMS operations and maintenance areas including the preparation of contracts, reports, and tenant communications, and Kathy Waddell as lease and property administrator supporting the company’s growing property management portfolio. Alicia Scott and Brigette Walters have been named property accountants responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for commercial real estate holdings managed by Colliers South Carolina.

Attorney William A. Collins Jr. Baker has joined Ravenel & Bender, LLC as a partner. Michal Kalwajtys and JC Davis have joined the firm as a result of its merger with their former firm, Dougall & Collins.

The Central Midlands Regional Transit Authority (The COMET) accounting team, led by Rosalyn Andrews, chief financial officer, has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021 by Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA).
