The Richland Library Friends and Foundation has announced that Amanda Lockett and Jennifer Jean, both of the University of South Carolina, are the recipients of the 2025 Ethel Bolden Minority Fellowship. The Ethel Bolden Minority Fellows will receive $3,500 in financial assistance towards continuing their education.
