At the monthly meeting of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) on February 10, Col. The Eaker award is the highest achievement award for cadets in CAP. LTC Jones has been a civil air patrol cadet for six years, and was recently promoted to the cadet rank Lt. Col. He attends Richland Northeast High School and has applied for acceptance to West Point.
