Davis to lead Airport boys’ basketball


“It is a situation that is perfect, the right place at the right time. I’m the career development facilitator at Airport High School. This is a passion of mine helping kids out as far as the academic side and work force. I wanted to do that, and then this opportunity presented itself.”

Bunton replaces Dozier at Spring Valley


“I put my time in with the school, not only on the court but also in the school as a resource officer. I know the ins and outs of the school. I’m imbedded in Spring Valley tradition.”

Thompson moves on to Flora


“I want to test myself, and A.C. Flora has always had good basketball players and high expectations,” Thompson said. “I’m at the point in my career where I want to push myself and find out what I can do.”

War Eagles sign National Letters of Intent


Gray Collegiate’s Connor Pullie and Legaci Ellis signed their National Letters of Intent Tuesday, May 18. Pullie will continue his soccer career at Columbia College. Ellis will continue her soccer career at Rollins College.
