Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of a four-property mixed-use investment portfolio sold for $1,775,000. The property addresses include 1030 St. Andrews Road, 6615 Two Notch Road, 1506 Morninghill Drive, and 7356 Garners Ferry Road.

Smoke Hall Foods L3C, the veteran-owned and operated parent company of The General’s Hot Sauce, has announced it will relocate its business headquarters from 804B S. Edisto Avenue to 2651 Shop Road. William Mills of Wilson Kibler and Mason Harpe of HR Developers, LLC represented the tenant in the 3,500-square-foot lease.
