NSDAR Granby Chapter visited by S.C. state regent

Granby Chapter was honored to have speaker Libby Billham, SCDAR Regent recently. Libby has been active in NSDAR for 46 years, serving many state and national offices including her new office of state regent. She is a third-generation member and a member of the Tamassee DAR School Board of Trustees. She served 37 years in military and civil service.

Billham spoke about her state regent’s project Hearts United in Service. She outlined the projects at Tamassee additional funds could make happen. In 2019, Tamassee will commemorate its 100th year as Tamassee DAR School.
