PUBLIC EDUCATION

PARTNERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Richland County Public Education Partners, a South Carolina non-profit corporation, is being dissolved voluntarily by consent of the Board of Directors and that Articles of Dissolution have been filed with the Secretary of State of South Carolina, pursuant to Chapter 31 of Title 33 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, as amended. A claim against the corporation is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two ( 2) years after the publication of this notice. This notice is being given pursuant to the requirements of Section 33- 31- 1408 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, as amended, and does not constitute a waiver of any defense which Richland County Public Education Partners has or may have to any claim, including and without limitation, a defense based on any statute of limitation. Claims should indicate the name of the claimant, the address of the claimant, the amount of the claim and a description of the claim.
