ROI Commercial has announced the sale of a 4,250 square foot office building located at 1519 Richland Street in Columbia, S.C. The property is located within Columbia’s Central Business District, four blocks from Main Street, two blocks from the Bull Street development, and ten blocks from the State Capitol building campus. ROI Commercial Broker In-Charge, Billy Way, CCIM, SIOR represented the seller, 1519 Richland LLC, in this transaction. The purchaser was represented by Roger Winn of NAI Avant.

NAI Avant has announced The Hertz Corporation will occupy a ±3,809 square foot retail building located at 561 Jamil Road in Columbia, S.C. Broker John Gregory represented the tenant. The landlord in the transaction is High Line Imports Inc.

NAI Avant has announceed Fresenius Medical Care will open a new location on Dawson Road in Columbia, South Carolina. NAI Avant recently facilitated the sale of ±3.22 acres of land at the site. The land was sold by Atrium Development Inc., and purchased by Ophion, LLC for $335,000. Upon completion of the medical building construction, Fresenius will operate one of its dialysis clinics from the location as a tenant. Fresenius Medical Care North America is focused on delivering a network of more than 2,200 dialysis facilities, outpatient cardiac and vascular labs, and urgent care centers, as well hospitalist and post-acute providers. Fresenius Medical Care provides coordinated health care services at pivotal care points for hundreds of thousands of chronically ill customers throughout North America.
