Several Chapters of The Daughters of the American Revolution met with Mayor Stephen Benjamin who signed a proclamation which commemorates Constitution Week.

Tribute is paid to the founding fathers who crafted the document upon which American Law is based.

The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) is an organization open to all women who can prove lineal descent from a man or woman who fought in, or materially aided in the War for American Independence, 1775 to 1783.
