Sokol a/ k/ a Bonnie Josephine Pemberton Sokol, Deceased, their heirs, Personal Representatives, Administrators, Successors and Assigns, and all other persons entitled to claim through them; all unknown persons with any right, title and interest in the real estate known as 313 Fernview Drive, Columbia, SC 29229; Any adults or persons in the military service of the United States of America, being as a class designated as John Doe, and any minors or persons under legal disability, being a class designated as Richard Roe, by publication pursuant to § 15-9- 720, et seq. and § 15-67- 40, et seq. of the South Carolina Code of Laws. Accompanying this motion is an Affidavit in Support of Order for Service by Publication. It appears to the satisfaction of the Court from the Affidavits and pleadings filed herein that there are or may be certain parties unknown to Plaintiff who might have some interest in or claim to the property involved in this foreclosure action, that their names and their whereabouts are unknown to Plaintiff and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, and that Plaintiff made Any Heirsat Law or Devisees of Bonnie J. Sokol a/k/a Bonnie Josephine Pemberton Sokol, Deceased, their heirs, Personal Representatives, Administrators, Successors and Assigns, and all other persons entitled to claim through them; all unknown persons with any right, title and interest in the real estate known as 313 Fernview Drive, Columbia, SC 29229; Any adults or persons in the military service of the United States of America, being as a class designated as John Doe, and any minors or persons under legal disability, being a class designated as Richard Roe, parties Defendant, as representative of all unknown persons claiming any right, title, interest, or estate in, or lien upon the real property involved in this action. FORECLOSURE) C/A NO: 2017CP4005639 Champion Mortgage Company, Plaintiff, vs. This matter comes before me on motion of the Plaintiff, and with the consent of Marissa Jacobson, Esquire, for the appointment of Marissa Jacobson, Esquire, as Guardian ad Litem Nisi and Attorney for Defendants who may be in the Military Service. The motion of the Plaintiff would respectfully show:

1. Champion Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff in the above-entitled foreclosure action which has been commenced and is now pending in said Court to foreclose a mortgage on real property described in the Complaint.

2. Plaintiff is informed and believes that there are certain parties unknown to it who might have some interest in or claim to said property; said parties are proper parties to this action, which relates to real estate within this State in which said parties may claim an interest; the relief demanded by Plaintiff consists partly in excluding said parties from any interest in said property; their names or their whereabouts are unknown to Plaintiff and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained; Plaintiff, therefore, made Defendants Any Heirs-at- Law or Devisees of Bonnie J. Sokol a/ k/ a Bonnie Josephine Pemberton Sokol, Deceased, their heirs, Personal Representatives, Administrators, Successors and Assigns, and all other persons entitled to claim through them; all unknown persons with any right, title and interest in the real estate known as 313 Fernview Drive, Columbia, SC 29229; Any adults or persons in the military service of the United States of America, being as a class designated as John Doe, and any minors or persons under legal disability, being a class designated as Richard Roe, parties Defendant, as representative of all unknown persons claiming any right, title, interest, and estate in, or lien upon the real property involved in this action; and some of the unknown defendants are or may be infants, imprisoned, or under other legal disability or in the Military Service.

3. That in order that all persons who may have some interest in the property may be brought before the Court, all such unknown persons have been named party Defendants, and it is necessary that some discreet, competent person be appointed to represent such unknown persons unless such persons or someone on their behalf should apply to the Court for such an appointment.

4. That Marissa Jacobson, Esquire is a suitable and proper person to be appointed Guardian ad Litem Nisi and Attorney for said parties Defendant, resident or non-resident, who may be infants or under other legal disability, or in the Military Service, and is in no way connected in business with Plaintiff or its counsel and has no interest adverse to the interest of such minors or persons under legal disability, Defendants in the Military Service, and other unknown Defendants claiming any right, title, or interest in the estate which is the subject of this action.
