JUDICIAL CIRCUIT City of Columbia, vs. Jonathan Haynes, Audrey Haynes, and Richland County Treasurer, (Owners and/or Other Parties of Interest). Notice is hereby given that the attached Notice and Order to Demolish has been issued by the City of Columbia's Code Enforcement Division and is now pending for the purpose of enforcing certain building, housing and/or property maintenance code violations affecting the property located at 1801 Columbia College Drive, Columbia, South Carolina, County of Richland which is more fully described in Exhibit A which is hereby attached. In addition to owner(s) of record, the parties listed above may have an interest in the property by virtue of liens and/or judgments on file. This Notice is given pursuant to the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted by the City of Columbia, as well as S.C. Code Ann. §31-15- 60, which states that this Notice shall have the same force and effect as other Lis Pendens notices provided by law. TMS No.: R11606-09-01 EXHIBIT A All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with the improvement thereon, situate, lying and being on the Northeastern corner of the intersection of Columbia College Drive and Norman Street (now known as #1801 Columbia College Drive) in the City of Columbia, in the County of Richland and in the State of South Carolina, said lot being shown and delineated as Lot “E” on a plat of property surveyed for Ruth S. Kirby by Buford Jackson. Registered Surveyor, dated June 5, 1946 and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Richland County in Plat Book K at Page 186, said lot being the southwestern corner of Lot #1 in Block “H” on plat of Luvalie recorded in the Office the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Plat Book F at Page 10; said lot is rectangular in shape and measuring on it Northeaster and Southwestern side Fiftyone (51’) feet and on its Southeastern and Western sides Ninety-five (95’) feet, said measurements being more or less and being bounded on the Northeast by Lot “A” on the first above mentioned plat; on the Southeast by a portion of Lot “B” on the first above mentioned plat; on the Southwest by Columbia College Drive and fronting thereon on the Northwest by Norman Street. COUNTY OF RICHLAND The County of Richland vs. Jack Hubbs, Jr. Owners and/or Parties of Interest in the Structure located at 136 Griffin Creek Road, Eastover, SC 29044 (TMS #R34700-01-11) The above structure is unsafe, and in violation of the Property Maintenance Code of Richland County. You are hereby notified that the structure mentioned above has been “Condemned” and Richland County will have the structure demolished as soon as possible on or after March 20, 2018. In accordance with the International Property Maintenance Code Section 110 the cost of said demolition and removal shall be charged against the real estate upon which the structure is located and shall be a lien upon such real estate. Therefore, pursuant to the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code Section 107, you are hereby notified to remove all personal contents no later than 4:00p.m., March 19, 2018. If the contents of the structure are not removed by the date and time set forth above the contents will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of as debris in the demolition process.
