Melanie Huggins of Richland Library is one of 42 leaders from across the Midlands and surrounding area selected to participate in the Riley Institute at Furman’s Diversity Leaders Initiative (DLI) this spring.

Richland Library Blythewood is saying goodbye to a friendly, familiar face. Shi r ley Carter, who has served as location manager for the past eight years, retired February 3, 2018. The new location manager is Crystal Johnson who has been heading the Wheatley location.
