The department recently won the S.C. Theatre Association state championship, and the performances of A Christmas Carol will serve as a fund raiser to help send the cast to Alabama in March.

“We are thrilled and thankful to be at The Farm at Ridgeway again for our annual production of A Christmas Carol ,” BHS Theatre teacher Sandra Dietel said. “I love we can perform this beautiful story in such an intimate space in the midst of our family, friends, and neighbors.

This production has become an important tradition for the theatre students at BHS. In our production, we strive to highlight Dickens’s call for generosity and compassion towards our fellow humans and hope that the audience will not only be entertained but will leave uplifted and inspired.”

There will be two shows Tuesday, December 12 at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The final show will be Wednesday, December 13 at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased in the BHS main office or at the door the day of the show.
