The Walk With Ease class at Trenholm Park provides program for better health and less pain



After the group lesson and a walk, the participants taking the class Walk With Ease prepared a delicious and healthy chicken creole. The Walk With Ease class held at Trenholm Park at Trenholm Park. Participants attend the six week course, Walk With Ease, administered by DHEC’s Allie Einarsson, SNAP-Ed Nutritionist. The Walk With Ease program is designed by the Arthritis Foundation and provides a step by step guide to safely begin a walking program. Benefits include better health, improved fitness, and having less pain.
