ORDINANCE. Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Richland County (the “County Council”) that a public hearing for the below-referenced Ordinance will be held at the Council Chambers of the County Council, Richland County Administration Building, 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia, South Carolina, Second Floor, or at such other location in or around the complex posted at the main entrance, at 6:00 p.m. on July 27, 2017 in conjunction with a specially called meeting of the County Council. Such Ordinance is titled as follows: AUTHORIZING THE EXPANSION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE I-77 CORRIDOR REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL PARK JOINTLY DEVELOPED WITH FAIRFIELD COUNTY TO INCLUDE CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN RICHLAND COUNTY; THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INFRASTRUCTURE CREDIT AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FOR INFRASTRUCTURE CREDITS TO 209 STONERIDGE, LLC; AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS. A copy of the proposed ordinances( s), together with other material and information related to its purpose, are available for inspection in the office of the Clerk to Council, Richland County Administration Building, 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia, South Carolina, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. PUBLIC NOTICE Optima Towers IV, LLC proposes to construct a 135- foot overall height stealth monopole telecommunications structure. The structure would be located at 3624 Rosewood Drive, Columbia, Richland County, South Carolina. The tower would be lit with FAA Style A lighting.
