2016-CP-40-05795 BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: CitiMortgage, Inc. against Linda Vaughn, I, the undersigned Master in Equity for Richland County, will sell on June 5, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at Richland County Courthouse in Columbia, South Carolina, to the highest bidder, the following described property, to-wit: All that parcel of land in Richland County, South Carolina, as more fully described in Deed Book R1417, Bundle 2923, ID# R040050918, being known and designated as Lot 20, Friarsgate, filed in Plat Book Z, Bundle 1526.
