PUBLIC NOTICE Milestone Communications proposes the construction of a 120-ft (126-ft with appurtenances) AGL monopole communications tower to replace an existing athletic field light pole, which is located west of a portion of Rhame Road, north of a portion of Summit Square, and east of a portion of Summit Parkway, at the Summit Parkway Middle School facility, and northeast of the City of Columbia, in Richland County, South Carolina (Parcel # R23011-01-01). The proposed communications tower will be located at latitude N 34º 08’ 35.13” (NAD 83) and longitude W 80º 52’ 42.98” (NAD 83) and is not anticipated to be equipped with a FAA lighting system. The proposed communications tower can be identified by FCC Form 854 File Number A1074058. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the FCC Form 854 File Number A1074058. County Court of Commons Pleas pursuant to an Order of Default Judgment which was signed on October 31, 2016 and filed on November 1, 2016 holding the Defendant Trevon Conner in default after proper service of the Summons and Complaint upon the Defendant. The Plaintiff and her attorney were present at the hearing; however, Defendant Trevon Conner was not present after proper notice of the hearing was provided by mail. Plaintiff testified to her injuries and medical expenses as well as the severity of the accident giving rise to this action. Copies of the Plaintiffs medical and chiropractic records and medical and chiropractic bills incurred as a result of the accident were entered into evidence.
