The property covered and affected by said action to quiet tax title is more fully described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel, lot of land, with improvements thereon, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, being shown and delineated as and known as 2788 Mccords Ferry Rd, in Richland County, State of South Carolina, containing .7500, more or less, being shown on Tax Map 37200, Block 06, Parcel 23, a tax map maintained by the Richland County Assessor’s Office with all measurements being a little more or less. Said Tax Map being hereto craved for a more complete and accurate description of said lot. This being the same property conveyed by deed from Roosevelt S. Wilson unto Rhodie M. Wilson and recorded on January 6, 1969 at the Richland County ROD in Deed Book D128 at Page 544; being the same property conveyed to MTAG as Custodian for Alterna Funding II, LLC by Tax Deed dated March 7, 2016, and recorded on March 14, 2016, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Book 2095, Page 859; and being the same property conveyed to ATCF REO Holdings, LLC by deed dated June 20, 2016, and recorded on July 6, 2016, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Book 2127, Page 333.
