Share an Act of Kindness Today

Columbia City Councilwoman Tameika Isaac Devine (r) and entrepreneur Breyonné Hankerson Columbia City Councilwoman Tameika Isaac Devine (r) and entrepreneur Breyonné Hankerson During the summer, Councilwoman Tameika Isaac Devine hosted Beyond the Lemonade Stand Girls Entrepreneur Camp with local entrepreneurs Lasenta Lewis-Ellis of LLE Construction, Karen Jenkins of KRJ Consulting, and Attorney Dahli Myers of Myers Business Lawyers. The Girls Entrepreneur Camp shared the aspects of establishing a business and provided resources and consultants to help form a strong business foundation.

Ten year old Breyonné Hankerson participated in the camp and has launched the Breyonné’s Act of Kindness Foundation to enhance the lives of financially challenged children by providing Tools of Success in Education. Currently, Breyonné’s Foundation is providing school uniforms for students at A. J. Lewis Greenview Elementary School. Future projects will provide books, computers, school supplies, and scholarships.
