Midlands contestants win in Hartsville

Madison Dantzler, daughter of Eric and Chastity Dantzler of West Columbia, was crowned Little Miss South Carolina. She isarising fourth grader at Satchel Ford Elementar y School and is involved in many school and community related activities. Madison received a $2,000 savings bond andwilltravelthe state this year representing the pageant. Little Miss South Carolina promotes community service, academics and friendships. The Little Miss & Teen Miss South Carolina Pageant was held recently in Hartsville, S.C., with 158 contestants from across South Carolina competing during the week. Over $39,000 in scholarships were awarded along with other prizes. The pageant also presented a check for over $25,000 to Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital. She is a rising senior at Thomas Sumter Academy and is involved in many school and community related activities. Sydney received a $5,000 savings bond andwilltravelthe state this year representing the pageant. Little Miss South Carolina promotes community service, academics and friendships!
