LIS PENDENS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this court upon Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Allan John Mackey to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as a nominee for USAA Federal Savings Bank, in the amount of $202200.00 dated January 17, 2012, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Book 1737 at Page 929 on January 27, 2012. The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage as by the foreclosure thereof, were, at the time of the making thereof, and at the time of the filing of this Notice, described as follows: All that parcel of land in Township of Blythewood, Richland County, State of South Carolina, as more fully described in Deed Book 1323, Page 723, being known and designated as Lot 8, Phase V, on a plat of Lake Ashley Subdivision, prepared by Civil Engineering of Columbia, dated 11/25/1980, revised 02/20/1981, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Plat Book Y at Page 9780.
