If there are counterclaims requiring a jury trial, any party may file a demand under rule 38, SCRCP and the case will be returned to the Circuit Court.

COMPLAINT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the original Complaint in the above entitled action, together with the Summons, was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Richland County on January 6, 2012 at 10:42 a.m.

LIS PENDENS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending in this court upon Complaint of the above- named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Robert Stephens to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender, in the amount of $36,900.00 dated March 14, 2002, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Book 638 at Page 169 on March 14, 2002. The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage as by the foreclosure thereof, were, at the time of the making thereof, and at the time of the filing of this Notice, described as follows: Apartment Number D, in Building C, in WHEATON COURT HORIZONTAL PROPERTY REGIME, a horizontal property regime established pursuant to the South Carolina Horizontal Property Regime Act, Section 27- 31- 10 et.
