Patients dealing with infertility in the Southeast now have access to a technologically advanced fertility clinic with the opening of the expanded Advanced Fertility & Reproductive Endocrinology Institute in West Columbia.

Former patients, city officials, allied medical professionals and practice staff looked on as Dr. Whitman-Elia cut the ribbon officially opening the extensive treatment resource institute January 18. Inside, guests toured the expanded facility therapeutic capabilities, and also the contemporary office design. The emphasis on warmth and relaxing practice design was crafted for patient comfort.

Recognized for successfully treating complicated infertility cases, the expanded center and its capabilities provide the advanced medical setting for Whitman-Elia to assist additional patients— patients desiring to start and expand their families.

“We’re excited about the future of helping patients realize their dream of parenthood,” stated Whitman-Elia. “These patients have tremendous love to offer a child. The families we work with become a part of our evergrowing, extended, Advanced Fertility family, and it’s my privilege to play a part in helping them.”

The full-service, advanced fertility center offers regular, free informational seminars, and welcomes patient calls for information as well as referrals from physicians.
