Heise named South Region Assistant Coach of the Year

Brookland-Cayce’s Kyle Heise Brookland-Cayce’s Kyle Heise Brookland- Cayce Bearcat soccer assistant coach Kyle Heise has been named a 2011 NSCAA High School Regional Assistant Coach of the Year representing the South Region.

Twenty collegiate and four interscholastic coaches have been recognized for their contributions to their respective teams and communities with the announcement of the 2011 NSCAA Regional Assistant Coaches of the Year. The regional recipients comprise the field of finalists for the National Assistant Coach of the Year awards, which will be announced at the annual NSCAA Awards Banquet, to be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Kansas City Convention Center Friday, January 13, in conjunction with the 2012 NSCAA Convention.

Other finalists were John Rusek, Harrison High School (N.J.) (North); Pat Kelly, Guerin Catholic High School ( Ind.) ( East); Eric Stratman, Quincy High School (Ill.) (West).
