Jessica Garrison, Miss Teen Chapin USC Jessica Garrison is the Miss Teen Chapin USA contestant competing in the Miss Teen USA 2012 Pageant November 19 in Charleston. She remembers visiting Harvest Hope with her mother, who was single at the time, to get food. This has left a lasting impression on her. As such, she presented Harvest Hope at 2220 Shop Road with a check for $2,000 October 24.
