Friday, October 21, 6-8 p.m., 28th annual Fall Carnival at Caughman Road Park, 2800 Trotter Road, Hopkins. Ages 12 and under; free.

Thursday, October 27, 6-8 p.m., Fall Festival at Hopkins Park, 150 Hopkins Park Road, Hopkins; free.

Friday, October 28

 Halloween Carnival, 6-8 p.m., Eastover Park, 1031 E. Main Street, Eastover

Ages 3-12; free.

 HalloDream 2 Halloween Festival, 6-8:30 p.m., Denny Terrace Community Center Gym, 6429 Bishop Avenue; free.

 Candy Chase, 6:30-8:30 p.m., Friarsgate Park, 1712 Chadford Road, Irmo; free.

 Fall Festival, 4-6 p.m., Forest Lake Park, 6820 Wedgefield Road. Ages 12 and under; free.

 Halloween Festival, 5-8 p.m., Meadowlake Park, 600 Beckman Road; free.

 Halloween Festival, 6-8 p.m., Trenholm Park, 3900 Covenant Road; free.

 OctoberFest,6-9 p.m., Crane Creek Community Center, 7405 Fairfield Road; $5/person (includes meal). Bring the family and enjoy a production of Good Morning, Ms. Fogle performed by the Youth Theatre Enrichment Program and the G3 Steppers.
