Halloween at the Park – Crooked Creek Park

Bring your little ghosts and goblins trick-ortreating on our outdoor trick-or-treat trail through Crooked Creek Park from 6:30–7:30 p.m. on the Friday before Halloween. Inside we will have plenty of carnival games and prizes, a costume contest, a moonwalk, an inflatable slide, concessions, and all the fun you can imagine! This is a great safe and fun event for the whole family. Tickets for carnival games are $. 25 each. All ages, Crooked Creek Park. Friday, October 28, 6:30–8:30 p.m.

 Will O’ the Wisp in the Wetland Preserve – Saluda Shoals Park

This fun Halloween celebration is for children ages 2–8. Take a hayride to the boardwalk at the Wetland Preserve where trickor treaters will hear animal sounds and see night creatures as they stroll along the boardwalk gathering candy. Nature interpreters along the way will have nocturnal animal facts to share. Play Halloween games, listen to a storyteller, decorate a cookie, make s’mores, and enjoy some hot cider! Come in costume and bring a flashlight. Saturday, October 29, 6: 00– 9: 00 p. m. $ 5 per child, Saluda Shoals Park

 Art & Craft Market – Crooked Creek Park

Area artists and crafters are invited to participate as vendors in this sale. Shoppers can purchase one-of-a-kind items including, but not limited to, paintings, handmade jewelry, home decor items, etc. Those interested in selling items must complete an application. Please call 803- 345- 6181 for details. The public can shop free of charge. All ages, no admission fee. Saturday, November 5, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

 Disc in the Dark Tournament Seven Oaks Park

Already a disc golf fan or want to learn how to play but never have time during the day? How about a night of disc golf fun. Lessons will be provided before the start of the tournament, and discs can be checked out for these who need them. All ages and skills levels.
