Lake Murray Symphony to perform February 27

Mary Lee Mary Lee Two well–known Midlands musicians are teaming up as guest performers on Sunday, February 27, with the Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra.

Mary Lee Taylor Kinosian, violinist, and her sister Jacqueline Taylor, cellist, will play the Johannes Brahms Concerto for Violin and Cello, Op. 102, A– minor with the community orchestra. Lake Murray Symphony is directed by Dr. Einar Anderson.

The program will be given at 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Harbison Theater of Midlands Tech, 7300 College Street, Irmo. Also on the program are Petite Suite, by Claude Debussy, and The Cowboys Overture, by John Williams.

Admission is free; a $10 donation is appreciated by the fledgling orchestra. For more details, call 400-3540.
